Turnaround Time

Portraits are completed within 2-5 days for digital delivery. Printed and framed options add 3-7 days. Need it fast? Chooose speedy delivery for a 36 hour turnaround.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of each piece, refunds aren’t available once drawing has begun. If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Photo Quality

I can only draw what I can see! Please send clear, well-lit images to ensure the best result. If your photo is too blurry or low quality, I will let you know before confirming the order.

 

Payments

Payment is required upfront before work begins. Work will not begin, and final prints or files will not be sent until payment is complete.

 

Image Use

I may share finished work on my social media or website. If you’d prefer it to stay private, just let me know when you order.

 

Queue and wait times

Orders are completed in the order they are received. Whilst I try to stay within suggested turnaround times, sometimes busier periods may not allow this. I will give you an estimated completion date before confirming your order. 

 

Communication Expectations

Please check your emails regularly during the drawing process, especially if I need to confirm anything. Delays in replies may delay your order.

Drawings are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

Please note: As each piece is hand-drawn and very time intensive, full redraws or refunds are not available unless there is a clear issue with the final image. I do include one round of free minor edits to help make sure you’re happy with the end result!
